Broken Prince by Erin Watt

“I’ve spend the last couple of years trying to destroy everything around me. Who knew success would taste so bitter.”

Broken Prince

There’s something about this series that just reels me in despite some of my issues with it. I found myself addicted, wanting to know more and craving more. Broken Prince picked up where Paper Princess left off and I was rewarded by my faith in Reed.

One thing that I adore about this story is Ella’s growing love for the Royal family, the genuine loyalty and care towards the brothers and the family’s devotion to Ella.

There’s always something happening that’s why you will not notice that you’re almost halfway then almost done with the book. It’s seriously that fast paced and there is never a dull moment. I truly enjoyed being in Reed’s head and while some male POVs annoy and disgust me, Reed’s on the other hand made me more appreciative of him.

Ella remains to be the feisty and bold heroine we knew from Book1 so no surprises there. For me, there’s more flavor and entertainment factor in this sequel compared to the first book and I really liked it more. I was more immersed and interested with the characters, with the storyline and I wish the authors can explore the other brothers’ storylines because I know I NEED MORE! I doubt that they will be focused on the third book given that ending so this is me wishing to know these characters more.

The steam is intense. Mic drop. I have no more words for it.

I am seriously sold. But most definitely, the allure of this series beyond the characters, beyond the steam, beyond the intense characters is the onslaught of twists, turns and crazy cliffhangers.

Because damnnnnnnnnnnn what is that ending even????

I have no idea how other readers waited so long for the third book.

There’s so much whys and hows going on in my head as I finished the book and for sure, Book 3 will be another win for me.

Reed Royal has it all—looks, status, money. The girls at his elite prep school line up to date him, the guys want to be him, but Reed never gave a damn about anyone but his family until Ella Harper walked into his life.

What started off as burning resentment and the need to make his father’s new ward suffer turned into something else entirely—keep Ella close. Keep Ella safe. But when one foolish mistake drives her out of Reed’s arms and brings chaos to the Royal household, Reed’s entire world begins to fall apart around him.

Ella doesn’t want him anymore. She says they’ll only destroy each other.

SHE MIGHT BE RIGHT.
